Data Collection

You can access sections of The Faculty's websites without being requested to submit any form of personal data. The Faculty's website may, however, collect data in aggregate form to track the total number of visitors over time, pages visited or the domain names of visitors' internet service providers, for example. This helps The Faculty to analyze visitor behaviour in order to improve a website's content or the services that it offers. No personally identifiable information is available in this process. The technology used to do this is called 'cookies', a 'cookie' being a small text file that a server stores on your PC browser when you visit a website; 'cookies' cause no damage to your PC.

Cookies may also be used to record your personal preferences or help to provide you with individual-ized services. You can set your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is sent, hence giving you the option of accepting or rejecting it. However, you should be aware that by rejecting a cookie you may limit the individualized services that can be provided.
